Hey! Thanks for stopping by my channel. Teachers and students of all levels are welcome. I love to teach yoga combined with functional movements to help you find new ways to get and stay healthy. I'm the creator of Natural Flow Vinyasa Yoga™ which combines functional movement with yoga. I've also been studying Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga for many years and am one of the few CSVY Master Trainers. My goal is to bring a safer, healthier yoga for everyone with modern, anatomically aligned cueing and movements which are more appropriate for current lifestyles. I did this after a strength workout, which ABSOLUTELY COMPLETELY exhausted me! I´m still down, but at least got back the energy for a shower now.First hot, finishing cold, hopefully awakening the spirits of life!🧙🧚🧞♀
